Folks try to tell me you don't remember anything from when you were two years old, but I do.
My parents had just adopted me, and they took me to a park to celebrate. Mom played with me on the teeter-totter, and I was having a great time until I bonked my nose on the handle and started bleeding. The first word I remember saying came then:
"Blood!"
