Beach time [I Have Embarrassing Childhood Memories]

When I was little I went into the sea in my underwear because I had no costume to change into. I was knocked over by a wave and when I had recovered my balance my knickers were nowhere to be seen. I had to run back to where my parents were sitting wearing nothing but a blush 😯

@lcclinton4 Playing in your birthday suits must have made life easier for your mum 🙂 Washing grubby girls in the bath (or under a hose!) is easier and quicker than washing dirty clothes 😊

@lcclinton4 My mum used to let me and my two sisters play outside with no clothes on. We also learnt to swim in the nude, in my auntie's swimming pool.

I had a similar experience when I was a kid. I got invited to go swimming with my best friend and her family but didn’t have a bathing suit. I was about 8. Her mom gave me her older brother’s basketball shorts which I wore over my cartoon undies. As you would guess, the basketball shorts did not stay on long in the water, mainly because they were too big! So I ended up swimming in my briefs!
