I Want Victims Of Childhood Abuse To Share Their Poetry

@Interested1 You wrote this last summer, almost a year ago so maybe you are no longer here. I am appalled at this response. It is the response of a victim of a child molester. Maybe you should read it again, try to get the "feel" of what a victim feels. The boy who wrote this poem wrote it as a way to heal, to find himself. I have no idea how a child molester feels--but I know how the child feels. Your comment was hurtful and inappropriate.

If written by an adult which this poem is (in fact) its airy and blunt doesn't give away trauma or explain shame it points the reader to pose 'this adult author must be describing experiences of a child (not any specific) and which type of adult would know of such experience A.the victim B. the molester'.

The boy is 18. So I guess he is technically an adult. He is recovering from trauma and now lives at a horse farm where he has been for the past 3 1/2 years. I am assisting in the publication of his collection of poetry. O btw I know him. You don't know him.

@Interested1 your right it's the internet and everyone is entitled to their opinion. you sound like a child molester playing the blame and shame the victim game. you give only two options ,what about the survivor? this was written to illicit responses ,so thanks for yours .now go climb back up whatever tree your ancestors fell out of.how you like free speech? ,BITCH. it was written by a 15 year old survivor. not a molester,not a victim .they say opinions are like assholes ,everyone has one and yours stinks .
