How do people exercise without pre-workout or coffee

I took preworkout once. Within 10 minutes, my whole body felt like it was burning up inside, and it took about five full minutes for it to go away.

I just go and do my workout. I have a set routine that I know I have to get through so that is what really helps. sometimes I’ll have days that I can’t get through it all and that’s OK and sometimes I’ll have days where I want to do more and that’s OK too.

@Jenny1234 I've been just going too, but without creatine or preworkout I can't lift nearly as much or do as many reps.

@Lostpoet what is creatine?

I take moringa capsules in the evenings to give me energy just to be able to stay awake. I wonder if those would help you with energy? They are all natural.

@Jenny1234 I'll have to give them a try. I really shouldn't even be taking preworkout because i'm starting to develop high blood pressure.

@Jenny1234 Creatine is just a supplement that helps your body to recover and do more reps. It's natural there is creatine in meats.

@Jenny1234 A lot of energy, but I guess me just warming up on the treadmill for fifteen minutes would give me similar energy. It does help a lot though and I can lift fifteen pound heavier on it.
