I took preworkout once. Within 10 minutes, my whole body felt like it was burning up inside, and it took about five full minutes for it to go away.
I just go and do my workout. I have a set routine that I know I have to get through so that is what really helps. sometimes I’ll have days that I can’t get through it all and that’s OK and sometimes I’ll have days where I want to do more and that’s OK too.
