I don’t get bored as much as I feel lonely for companionship or interesting mental stimulation. I felt bored recently, and it was awful. It’s like a restlessness that mundane activities can’t settle. I was even bored with reading, which is one of my pleasures. I think I went for a walk, but it was so cold, and the next day I became ill.
