Battery Recharge [I Need Alone Time]

It's true having a three year old is a major energy drain, and I do find moments of exhaustion during my week impact on me in a very real way at this time. I love my son unreservedly and I do out him ahead of myself like countless mothers do world over but I am conscious of my own health needs since my aunt does do much to remind me to care for myself more.

Indeed my aunt makes sure I have my own time twice a week, and looks after Senan while I pamper myself in the bath, or just get time to go out for a walk alone. It seems she is very sure I need this alone time religiously!
