Admitting it is the first step to recovery

Does that go for any illness? If I admit that I’m not well and my head is full of suicidal thoughts is that a step to getting better?

@SW-User it’s not something people like to talk about though…I’ve tried and people can’t take it or freak out or push you away so you learn to stop talking

@SW-User I guess because we cannot help, it gets uncomfortable, it makes us face up to our own problems that we're trying to bury.... Nobody is perfect and without fault or problems
