Just a heads up my fellow westerners

No. You're not defined by your performance. Your work doesn't give you identity

You're precious with all the potential and capacity you possess. Needless of any justification to your existence

You're not meaningless or worthless and your mind at home may be clouded with hard thoughts and harmful thinking

It goes away with time, more focus on it, and realizing your tried your best from the beginning and you were never trying to make mistakes

Hope this helps someone going through it
