Finally clueing into this

No more dulling who I am to make the other person comfortable. Yes I like to perform a concert in my vehicle, yes I’m weird, yes Star Wars, Marvel, Castles and good remakes of 80’s movies get me excited. Yes I’m nerdy, yes I’m sexual, yes I don’t have a problem with nudity. If you’re dulling yourself for someone else, I hope you stop soon. 🤗🤗

Agree. We don’t need to change ourselves to fit other people’s expectations of how we should be to fit them.

We would rather have the version of ourselves that are real, rather than someone we don’t recognize when we look at the mirror.

I’ve stopped apologizing for things as well, increasingly so with age. I don’t like mindless TV or going out to clubs (sorry!) I’m a morning person rather than a late night person. I need my alone time to regain my energy. I can’t live without books. And I have to be constantly learning new things.
