Im generally a very confident person and dont care for these kind of things. But lately..

I look in the mirror and dont like what i see. I feel ugly and insecure.

Going to cut my hair tomorrow and hit the gym. Hope that helps..

Learn to appreciate and praise yourself. Why would you let anyone decide you are beautiful or not??

You just say

‘ I am beautiful.’
And I believe it.
Yes I am beautiful.
