I mean probably a lot of it was me. I have never been normal. But mostly life and other people conditioned me very early. And now I am a complete wreck.

Pretty much life, and ultimately the choices I chose on how to be.

Lack of confidence in my earlier years which made me zig when I should have zagged

a combination of things like our family our upbringing our world views and other outside influences
