For me, femininity has nothing to do with external trappings.
But personality traits that many regard as "feminine" are immensely attractive in a man:
articulate, and having empathy, emotional and social intelligence, creativity and sensuality.
I also value intellect, culture, love of nature and animals, honesty, responsibility and good health.
Compared to these, appearances takes a back seat.
