So I spent the afternoon at the East Courthouse in Gresham...
Not in the fun way. I said in the lobby on the first floor, because our star witness, Ms. Cathy Kvntbag, has decided I'm a complete garbage person because I finally got sick of her verbal abuse and told her what I think of her, and unfortunately, we need her to testify against Andrew. Here I sit on a wooden bench all afternoon, bored out of my skull, having no clue what just happened upstairs. But I did see Andrew walk by just now, and he complained that it's a "kangaroo court".
Which I hope means it's going our way.
Something interesting, though, that I learned last night, is that he actually thinks he's been paying us rent for the last two years, despite us receiving nothing from him the entire time. I finally broke down and asked him, "If you've been paying rent, who have you been giving the money to?"
Turns out he's been paying Ignacio, thinking he would give us the money for him, for two years.
Two. Years.
That's enough to get that little punkass a nice long sentence, and in this political climate, he'll be serving it in his home country.
