The raid finally happened yesterday.

It happened early in the morning, and apparently, I should have been there, because it sounds like it was glorious. The police showed up with SWAT vans in full armor, kicked in doors, arrested Andrew, Tyler, and Andrew's girlfriend who was apparently living on the premises, and then spent the rest of the day categorizing all the guns he had in his POS trailer.

They are gone.

Now I can focus on taking out the rest of the trash.

@TryingtoLava Okay. Broad stroking it here. Back in 2021, we had a tenant named Ignacio. Real sweetheart type. On probation for dealing drugs. Started up again while renting our house from us.

He also sublet to a guy named Tyler who started living in a trailer on the property. Talked my easily persuaded dad into letting Tyler remain when he moved out to go all "reverse gold digger" by marrying some rich woman in Eugene.

Tyler has been selling Ignacio's meth on the property ever since, and he moved his bestie Andrew onto the property in his own trailer to help him. Both of them have been holy (or unholy) terrors ever since. Tyler has schizophrenia and punches things, and Andrew likes to walk around with his gun down his pants (presumably to compensate for the lack of something else down there).

Oh, and just to pour lemon juice on the wound, they lied to a judge last year about Andrew having a rental contract, and they both won free rent for a year.
