Day 2 of my regular phone being in the shop
And I just realized I haven't updated everybody.
So, yesterday, Verizon shut off phone service because we hadn't followed through on a payment arrangement, because I had been told not to. That was due to a misunderstanding, since we absolutely need our cell phone service in order to continue to have money coming in.
I was trying to explain to my dad why it was that it was important, and he was basically demanding that I go down to the post office as I was explaining that we had a crisis with our cell phone service. I told him that I needed to restore service, and he asked what that had to do with the post office. In my frustration, I threw my phone on the floor, and my poor innocent phone screen suffered what I'm certain is a fatal injury.
Absolutely 100% my fault.
Paying for it out of my pocket, with what little money I've managed to obtain by selling things on Facebook Marketplace. But now I've had to dig out my old Moto Z Play to get anywhere near my previous level of social interaction, and I can't log in to most things, including Facebook to see if anybody wants to buy my stuff.
