So, the judge recognized at least SOME of the truth.

Sсаmmer squаttеr sсumbag couldn't keep his story straight.

He said he moved onto the property in October, even though we proved he was there in September.

Then he said his rent was $600 a month, when the notice said $400 a month.

My lawyer ran rings around him, and the judge very soon realized this guy was full of sһit, and that he knew dаmn well that the conditions were what he is complaining about. She ended up awarding him ticky-tacky bullsһit awards like $50 for the lack of sewer and $100 for no electricity.
If he agreed to $600, then ask him where the extra $200 has been...

So is the situation solved or ongoing?
@sstronaut It's certainly not solved, because he's still there, but he has much less wiggle room when we come after him the right way.

when can you start eviction proceedings? one day you will have this land sold and he wont have a leg (or land) to stand on.
@robertsnj We can start over immediately, and I intend to. We've got a good lawyer now who knows what he's doing.
