That lying sack of sһit convinced the judge there was a rental agreement! How is she this fuсking stupid when he can't even figure out what month he moved in, and can't show an agreement at all?!?

That's one thing that has confused me, when does a verbal agreement count and when it does (I'm not saying there was one, just saying I'm confused by that aspect of the law).

And sounds like the judge assumed there was one.
