How long did late adolescence last for you?
I'm going through late adolescence and I've reached the stage where:
1. my skin has gone from clear and smooth to very red (a doctor confused it for rosacea when it's actually acne according to my derm, that's how red and inflamed my face is from all the sebum going into overdrive), full of acne and very visible pores. My skin gets so greasy so quickly my skin has a weird sheen to it even though I wash it daily.
2. Desires for men coming on suddenly even after I was convinced I was ace
3. Voice deepening (slightly!)
4. Feeling more aggressive/edgy
5. My shoulders AND my torso have widened, I'm talking about bone structure not weight (which has stayed the same)
My testosterone and androgens are normal I had blood tests. PCOS was ruled out as well.
I've been going through this for 2 years now... I'd say my skin is the one bothering me the most it's constantly so sore my derm says if the weak retinoid doesn't work she's gonna prescribe me Accutane as a last resort.
