exasperating!! anyone use that word anymore?? helpful retail customer service has gone extinct. shopping today is worse than dentist's chair

entered walmart at 9-30am in 30 minutes there were 7 customers in the electronics dept and no employees to help us. everything is locked behind glass doors. i search and found several employees and ask who is in charge?? we would like to spend our money and buy something!! repeatedly i ask from the rear to the front door who is in charge i must speak with them. i must be the first person to ever ask or make such a demand. so i leave and go to nearby t-mobile store. it is 10am on the dot and the doors have just opened so no long waiting right?? WRONG!! im number 4 and spend 45 minutes waiting. so next i drive 15 miles to staples assuming they would surely be able to help me...WRONG!! three strikes and im done for the day. thanks for saving me some dough corporate america!!
