IS it really WORTH the investment of SELF?
Are we MORE obligated to protect others than we are obligated to protect our SELVES?
This is a question I have been asking myself recently. And MY answer is: NO. Protecting ourselves from other people who are abusive is the MOST important thing. OTHER adults come second, third, or possibly a lame fourth.
