The official narrative rules out foul play instantly, implying that the victims must've simply been too stupid to stand up after finding themselves in knee or waist deep water, which is a framing that deeply disrespects the victims and their families. Blind trust in authorities leaves gross incompetence and corruption entirely unchecked. Wake up.

Could have experienced a medical event....heart attack, seizure....fell and hit their head on a rock, syncope episode ...fell and hit head on a rock, respiratory distress, had a stroke, etc... did the person have some handicap which made climbing out too difficult and with no one around to help ...eventually succumbed?

Could of been injured from falling. Could have had a health problem that prevented him from getting out, or he could've been on some kinda drug. Doesn't take much water to drown someone.
