You ever noticed women not from america are always wearing baggy pants? They dont wear tight jeans like american women

I'm not an American and I wear tight pants. I'd hate baggy because the air would get under the fabric and make me feel cold. Perhaps only in summer when that feature is desired.

Nope. I’ve seen tight pants in several countries. And baggy pants as well.

Also shorts. Skirts. Bikini bottoms.
