Juat arrived in amsterdam and i asked the hotel receptionist if they offer complimentary water and they said no, because their tap water is safe

If you're used to drinking water from America... Dutch water will be better for you than what you get at home.

What's wrong with the fact that you only have a bathroom sink in your room??? I'm not aware of anywhere outside of America that has a full sized kitchen in their hotel rooms.

The taps will be cleaned by the cleaners on a daily basis, so the tap is clean and the water is clean. You don't really have anything to be scared of.
