Do you have a go to treat while watching TV, a movie, video or listening to music at night?

I keep canned pineapple tidbits in the fridge, and I will have about half a can of those if I want something sweet.

I have salted dry roasted peanuts if I want something salty, and I try to limit myself to three handsful.

AND if I am dying for something chocolatey I have a chocolate peanut butter Larabar.

@4meAndyou You are rocking it for sure. Since going back to Weight Watchers we have been having fresh fruit, usually apples for a snack at night.

@Musicman Of all the fruits, apples are just about the highest in fructose...(fruit sugar). They are delicious, and the high sugar level is why.

@4meAndyou Grapes and pineapple are very high in sugar too. Watermelon is nothing more than sugar water.
