My friend just had some plastic surgery (facelift,bleph, noselift) because her husband “left” him. How should I react about it?

I dunno what to say honestly….

Also, I just realized that I am at this age that facial enhancement can be helpful…🥲

Personally, I have never had a positive reaction to anyone's plastic surgery.

But I can say things like, "Oh! You had surgery! Are you happy with how it came out? Fantastic. They did a great job."
