My friend just had some plastic surgery (facelift,bleph, noselift) because her husband “left” him. How should I react about it?

I dunno what to say honestly….

Also, I just realized that I am at this age that facial enhancement can be helpful…🥲

Hey if it makes her feel better about herself, why not, she's not hurting anyone by getting plastic surgery.
