My friend just had some plastic surgery (facelift,bleph, noselift) because her husband “left” him. How should I react about it?

I dunno what to say honestly….

Also, I just realized that I am at this age that facial enhancement can be helpful…🥲

Tough to judge, really. Tough situation. Just focus on how she feels and leave the surgery out.
