Eh, I didn't get my first real girlfriend until I was 33. My girlfriend was also living with her parents at the time. Some people are late bloomers

When you go that long in life without reaching certain milestones, it can make one feel inferior or defective. The reality is that there is no real timeline for when life events are meant to take place. Some people get relationships out of the way early. Some people wait before having kids. Everything happens in its own time

I think for anyone that is dissatisfied with the circumstances of their own life, it's important for people to be honest with themselves and understand what things led to this situation and what things can get them out of it.

If you're okay with your life, then there's no need to rush things. If you're feeling down about it, then just realize that it doesn't have to be this way forever. You'll start making the right moves for yourself when you're ready and willing

There are a few songs about people living with parents.
Here is one.

I think it is different for ladies though, it shouldn't be really, but that is where my brain goes.
Life is a one way journey, get out there and live it.. find pleasure in whatever form you want/need. Explore..
Tomorrow, buy a ticket to Australia.. don't think about it, don't plan anything, just go.. buy a bicycle and see what happens.

do you want a bf, or a gf fod that matter? or do you think everyone else has one, maybe I need one too? and you can, in theory, enjoy a perfectly satisfying sex life all by yourself if that's your choice.

do you like your car and job? or looking to upgrade? is there something in the store that triggers anxious feelings?

many of life's most difficult challenges can be better met with your face to the wind! I think you should buy a motorcycle! even if it doesn't solve your issues, you'll still have a motorcycle!

Everyone is different. If you are happy with your life keep doing what you are doing. If you want a boyfriend try to get out to meet people.

Make yourself visible, try dating more if you can, join some social group of same age etc and go to gym.

My initial response was: "no, no, you're doing it all wrong."

But who am I to say?

Maybe experiment. Try having a girlfriend at first. Or having boyfriend. Even have both at the same time.
I think you're missing out on a lot
@User123455 you seem to be keeping yourself confined within yourselves

@looking4thesun what do you mean
@User123455 just seems like you are going out of your way to keep to yourself. Instead of exploring everything around you

My thoughts are unimportant.

It is what YOU think and do that is important.

Time for you to go to school and get a skilled trade or something. Be an electrician or get into tech support or something. Time to be an adult
