I work at McDonald’s Monday-sundays
I’m turning 31 this year
I don’t have any friends to hang out with
After work i sometimes go shopping with one of my coworker
I never had a bf and I’m a virgin
I still live with parents

Sounds like you may benefit from an empowerment mentor.

Have you considerer a few classes at a local Junior College? They probably have a speech class and other mild engagement type classes. Get ahold of their catalogue and find something hat interests you. Some colleges have extension programs where most students will be adults.

If you go that route don't forget to hang around in the cafeteria for a while, a great place to find new friends.

to acquire friends, a good place to start is to be at places where others are likewise looking for friends.
