Ferise1 ok fair enough. It helps to start at the goal you want. Start by trying to make it achievable. For instance, by the end of 2025 I want to make two new friends. Great, you set a goal and created a time boundary on it. Next, ok well whatever I'm doing now isn't helping me create/make new friendships so I need to do something different. So maybe this is where you pick out a hobby like boxing and look into a local gym that offers lessons. Go to said gym and see if you can talk to the person who offers the lessons and pursue said lessons and then introduce yourself to others at the gym in the process and pick their brains and then see if you have common interests in the process.
So tldr version basically make a SMART goal (Google it). I find it helpful to work backwards from what I want to figure out how to get there so that I'm making incremental progress.
Hope that was even remotely helpful.
