Hate when my emotions come crashing

Down all at once, im fine than boom this depressed wave of loneliness hits me and has me crying my eye balls out!!!!! Plz god, take this Sorrow that im still carrying, i dont want to feel this way anymore... I jus want it to end.. i dont want feel this way.
