What specifically do you think about when you think about them? Was it the kindness they showed you? Or something else?
MissNoahLenFoxx · 31-35, F
@Greenry We were lovers for many years.. on and off and on and off again and again etc for many years…. Only recently has he became closer (my neighbor) but also farther (dating many women who are not me)… I shouldnt conduct my life around him anymore - I love him- but I know I should learn to live without him..
Greenry · 46-50, M
@MissNoahLenFoxx that makes sense now. I’m sorry you’re hurting and letting go is the best option in this case.
Blackie · 51-55, M
@MissNoahLenFoxx I dont think you love him. I believe you have an infatuation with him, which is often misconstrued as being love. You need to occupy your time and thoughts on other things but mostly another person. Once you find other things to occupy your mind you'll see the want for him diminish.

You need to relax yourself

Have you ever heard of DBT Dialectical behaviour therapy?
MissNoahLenFoxx · 31-35, F
@Perry1968 Nope. What’s that like?
Perry1968 · M
@MissNoahLenFoxx Good. Google it.
