@hamcheese Bacon is tricky, it can go from half cooked to burned in a matter of seconds if not closely watched.

Invest in a half sheet pan with a wire rack, amazon has them for a decent price, preheat oven to 350F, 12 minutes, it comes out perfect every time, a restaurant secret.
