Why Moses's story gives me so much strength and motivation?

I literally get goosebumps

One thing to keep in mind is that Moses; if in fact he existed, is in part based on Sargon, a legendary Akkadian king that lived 2000 years earlier. His story was on record in the library discovered in Nineva. The ancients took a lot of liberties doing cut and paste with stories. The birth of Christ is based on several older Gods from other areas too.
It makes it difficult to determine fact from fiction.

I am often told that I look like Moses. I have no idea how anyone knows what Moses looks like though.

@nobodyishome I don't know. I was riding in an elevator one day and a young woman got on. After a few minutes she commented "Do you know you look just like Moses?" I kind of smiled. A few months later I was walking down the street. A car stopped beside me and the passenger rolled down his window and asked me If I knew I looked just like Moses. A year later I was in church and a stranger walked in. I went to say "Hi" and welcome him. He kinda stared at me for a minute then said "Do you know you look just like Moses". I still have no idea what Moses looks like. Kinda balding? Long white beard? White skin? Thin body? I don't have a clue what they saw. Maybe it is a spiritual thing because one day I was talking to someone when they suddenly asked if I was a Christian or not. Where that topic came from I don't know. We were talking about putting systems together. I was a bit shocked but said "Yes I'm Christian". He said I thought so. I don't like Christians". I smiled and let it go. About 10 years later we met again and he asked me if I remember him saying he doesn't like Christians. I said that yes I remember that. He said "I hope you have forgiven me because last night I became a Christian". I gave him a hug and Holy Kiss and said "Welcome to the Family".

@nobodyishome I thought it was funny! Who in their right mind would stop their car in the middle of a busy street to tell some random stranger walking down the sidewalk that he looks like Moses?

really. Which part exactly :)
