Why do some people feel the need to call someone dumb

I never see the point of calling someone dumb unless they affected your life or hurting other people. 🤣

It usually happens when you talk to a Hypocrat - at least on here - it's their way of trying to shut you up, but it's a technique in general to try and shut you up
