How many times have you rebuilt yourself?

I'm honestly very young but I've rebuilt myself so many times that I don't recognize who I even was a year ago. I wonder if this is normal and that's just how we naturally respond to life and its hurdles.

im rebuilding myself now for the first time i think. ive gone through some hardships but i feel like ive always come out as my original self. i think im learning to be more confrontational now by setting boundaries, and sticking to them
