Night shift widow

My husband has worked nights for years. Many times, if I want to go somewhere in the evening or the weekend, I have to go by myself or find someone to go with me. My friends usually have their own family obligations so I go by myself. It gets lonely.

My wife is a end of life nurse. She stays at the persons home with them for days looking after them. It can be lonely sometimes but we make up for it when she is home
