No, I don't need others' opinion. Opinions just make you blind.

But I listen to opinions. They work two ways for me.
1. It tells me about others what see/think about me. That doesn't set any importance for that. Others' opinions can be right, wrong, biased, irrelevant, lacking the complete context, etc. But sometimes it can give something to improve yourself, that is for yourself, not for them to approve.
2. It tells me about others, what is their approach towards things, their knowledge, their intentions, etc.
