Question for Men: What to do if a woman got you pregnant?

Let's say you met a beautiful woman, and she brought you to a hotel, and started having sex with you. But in the middle of it she starts doing this weird move you never seen or heard of before, but it doesn't hurt, so you go along with it as she seems really happy doing it. It was a one night stand on her part, a fake name and number and you never see her again.

You go back home, and after a few weeks, start experiencing rapid weight gain, and see a doctor. He declares you are pregnant, and that it is impossible for you to deliver the baby out of the butt, it will have to exit through a different hole. Further due to medical complications and unknowns, it is too risky to have a abortion.
