Maybe you shouldn't be so aloof and self centered about these activities and reach out to others for help. I hear the BDSM community has people who will hurt and degrade you for free, and they will go about it safely and responsibly. I'm sure a couple exist here who yoh could reach out to. You just gotta be brave enough to admit you have a problem and ask for help.
