How many times have you rebuilt yourself?
I feel like this is more common than people think. For people to be so destroyed and have to pick up the pieces of themselves, and having to create something completely new.

Rebuilt? A few times, but I’ve grown and changed many times throughout my life. It’s what you do as you live and learn and have experiences. To remain stagnant, at least for me, isn’t living. The times I rebuilt from the ground up, I built upon my core, my values, my foundation. I like that word, ”creation.” Yes, I created a new / the next version of myself.
