How many times have you rebuilt yourself?
I feel like this is more common than people think. For people to be so destroyed and have to pick up the pieces of themselves, and having to create something completely new.

More times than I can count.
I think this is the case for most people.
I think there's a myth being sold, unfortunately, that our lives should be easy. That others have it very easy, and ours should be also. Life has ups and downs, challenges and wondrous moments. It's incredible to have friends and partners to help us through the journey ... and equally great to have the individual constitution to weather the storms alone.
I love that you use the word "create," because that's what we do. We survive, adapt, and create something new. Fortunately what we create is usually stronger, and wiser - which we can then share with others.
