How many times have you rebuilt yourself?
I feel like this is more common than people think. For people to be so destroyed and have to pick up the pieces of themselves, and having to create something completely new.

@RVLPreborn rebuilding yourself implies having been destructed beforehand. That is a very dramatic thing for anyone to experience. And there is enough of it without our personal interference ,so i think as I grow older I want to make choices that lessen the probability of such outcomes . The idea of rebuilding something seems romantic in that it is an act of strength and preservation but continuously having to rebuilt oneself seems ,to me at least,exhausting and honestly an act of diminishing returns
