That little word - no - is very powerful.
For years I would not say no, and the users knew it. They would walk all over me, because like you, I wanted to please everyone.
One day I decided to take control and said no to a complete user. He was shocked and angry. Went ape shit but I stuck to my decision and he had to accept that.
My life change that day. I took control and since that time no one has ever used me again.
All because of that little word - no.
