Think about it the other way around though... with a lot of wealth, it will be easier to live with your diseases, so perhaps it actually has great importance to some induviduals who suffer from poor health?

@gagan1999 Not everyone struggle to maintain wealth, it can have been passed down by generations, or you might not even work very hard for your high income. With wealth, you can eat healthy, afford luxuries like an indoor pool to swim every day, which is a very healthy form of exercise, live in an area with very low crime, and low air pollution, pay for a maid to clean, the list is pretty much endless...
