I am grateful for life ...but, when I think of the nightmare that has ruined my core, do I feel my life is a joke yes.... it is an understatement :(

@Coralmist It's always been like that for me as well. I'm only ungrateful for existing but yeah anything I try or touch will break or hit me back. So meh. I'm more used to just keeping it to myself now.
