No, not very often. The last time I did was when speaking with an IRS employee on the phone, concerning a tax refund they notified me about in 2020 that was owed to my dad. I did not curse at the guy or anything....but I definitely lost my [i]cool[/i].

I find myself constantly changing.
I believe it to be in a positive direction because it's always maturing and growing and understanding and so on.
I'm never rigid on 'nature' and I don't want to even identify with anything with limits. I prefer taking what comes with curiosity.

I like this question a lot, I feel I quite often go against my nature, I’m constantly trying to prove to myself that I’m not nerdy, boring and uninteresting! 🥴
If anything, I give into it a little too often.
