Some Philosophy

There are very few people in this world that are I feel are worth giving time to willingly. In a work environment, I have an obligation as part of my position as a "human resource" to not provide an environment that makes work difficult. I give some time to talk, it's almost always about a work process and I keep my cards tucked to my chest.

But some people, some people are worth that. And it is okay to say "You are worth the time to have a genuine conversation." It may be difficult to recognize but it is a skill I am happy to have learned.
