@4meAndyou No I haven't. I don't carry the stuff with me to do it and as usual we were running late this morning leaving the house. That thought did cross my mind though. After eating I am already feeling better.

@Musicman Don't forget, when you feel dizzy, it is quite likely that you are dehydrated. Coffee alone in the morning will dehydrate you. If you are in a rush when you leave the house, grab a bottle of water.

@4meAndyou I did have some water before leaving the house and again at the physical therapy place. Eating definitely helped. Before we ate I was also getting sour spew burps. 🤢
