What are you going through right now? Anything you care to share with us?

I'm going through my speech rehab right now focusing on remembering words I can't think of in conversation of in print. I suffered a stroke in the middle of December and the part of my brain that deciphers words was damaged. I'm doing much better and should be back to work by the beginning of February.

@Musicman Any day I spend a lot of time in the living room and kitchen he is extremely cheerful. Last night when we were having dinner he wouldn’t stop making his high- pitched EEPing sound and every time I would tell him what a cute parakeet he is. That made him do it more.

Nothing too much, sweetie...

Every so often my fiancée and I talk about things that pop up about me - my ongoing 'thing' about whether or not to undergo full gender realignment surgery....and then, every so often, if we should adopt.

That's it basically. He'd be such a sweet dad...I'd be damn cool too....but it's those fleeting thoughts every so often.

Then...back to your day..

Day 4 of a pounding headache, the result a broken neck. I say headache for lack of a better description. My neck feels like a mass off deep tissue bruising, I can feel my own heartbeat in my brain, and my eyes feel like they are being shoved out of my skull.

@Musicman Was in an accident. Hit in the face with extreme force, snapped my head back hard enough to break several bones. I was surprised that it didn't knock me out, stayed conscious through the whole thing.🤕
